That Day Things Got A Little Sticky 那一天，许多东西“黏”在一起了

School hallways aren’t the best place for public displays of affection, but they are great for showcasing public displays of appreciation! Our students decided that the Random Acts of Kindness Week held on February 12-18, was not enough, so to extend the kindness our National Art Honor Society created a pop-up Post-It art piece (try saying that five times fast). This piece allowed students to write notes of kindness, love, and appreciation to one another for the entire community to enjoy.

校园里的走廊不是公开秀恩爱的最佳场所，却可以是公开表达感恩的绝佳地方。我们的学生认为，2月12日至18日举行的“随机善意周”活动远远不够。因此，为了让善意延续下去，我校的美国国家高中艺术荣誉生会（NAHS）创作了一个弹出式便利贴艺术作品（pop-up Post-It art piece）。这个艺术作品让学生能够在上面公开留言，向他人表达善意、喜爱以及感谢之情。

“Sometimes it’s hard for us to tell our friends how much we love and appreciate them as well as how much we admire their talents—this event has helped us express these feelings with those around us as well as creating an incredibly uplifting environment. It has been instrumental in helping maintain a sense of school spirit and pride,” said Linda, a junior.

11年级学生琳达（Linda）表示：“有时候，我们羞于向朋友表达喜爱和感谢之意，羞于表达对他人才能的仰慕之情。这个活动让我们能够表达这些情感，营造一种令人振奋的氛围。这特别有助于树立校风和荣耀感。”
